A Letter from Our Founder
For over twenty years, my professional journey has taken me across four continents and into the heart of the world’s most advanced clinical spaces. From the innovation hubs of Silicon Valley to the prestigious halls of Stanford and the University of Pennsylvania, I have been privileged to shape the standards of pelvic health for some of the most discerning organizations in the world.
But throughout those years—even while developing programs for global icons like Google and Nike—my heart was always looking toward home.
I am often asked why I returned to establish J&I. The answer is simple: I believe the Nigerian woman represents a unique intersection of strength, grace, and legacy. Yet, for too long, she has had to look beyond our borders—to London, Dubai, or New York—to find the level of healthcare, privacy, and specialized expertise she deserves.
I founded this center to close that gap.
As one of the few Board-Certified Women’s Health Specialists (WCS) globally—a distinction held by less than 1% of my profession—I recognize that elite clinical results require more than just technology. They require a practitioner who understands the cultural and emotional landscape of your life.
At J&I, we provide a "clinical extension" of your lifestyle. Here, we don’t just offer services; we offer a sanctuary. We provide international-standard hormonal support and our signature Healing With Grace pelvic wellness protocols. We offer the expert care you expect from global centers, balanced with a profound cultural empathy that honors your story, your privacy, and your lifestyle
This center is a tribute to the values of faith and excellence instilled in me by my parents, Joshua and Idongesit Udofia. It is my commitment to you that you no longer have to choose between world-class science and the comfort of home.
You have always cared for your family, your businesses, and your community with excellence. It is now our honor to care for you.
With Grace and Excellence,
Dr. Ann Nwabuebo, DPT, WCS
Founder, J&I Elite Women’s Health

The Visionary Behind the Standard
Dr. Ann Nwabuebo
Dr. Ann Nwabuebo is a globally recognized leader in pelvic health and women’s wellness, bringing over two decades of clinical mastery from the world’s most advanced healthcare ecosystems to Nigeria. As a Board-Certified Women’s Health Clinical Specialist (WCS)—a prestigious distinction held by less than 1% of physical therapists worldwide—Dr. Nwabuebo has dedicated her career to redefining the standard of care for the discerning woman. Her journey is defined by a rare combination of academic rigor, clinical innovation, and an unwavering commitment to the feminine experience.
A seasoned entrepreneur and clinician, Dr. Nwabuebo has successfully operated her own private practice, Body Connect Physical Therapy, since 2007. This nearly two-decade tenure in private practice has allowed her to refine a boutique, high-touch healing environment that serves as the blueprint for J&I. Her expertise, however, extends far beyond the private sector. She has been the visionary architect behind signature pelvic health programs for some of the most influential organizations in the United States, including Google in Silicon Valley, Kaiser Permanente in Northern California, Medstar Health in the U.S. capital region, and the renowned Jefferson Moss Magee Rehabilitation system.
Dr. Nwabuebo’s influence as a thought leader is felt across both global industry and elite academia. She has cultivated strategic partnerships with icons such as Nike, Stanford Health Care, and George Washington University to deliver sophisticated community health initiatives. A respected educator, she serves as a Guest Lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania, where she mentors the next generation of doctoral students and clinical experts, ensuring that her evidence-based "Healing With Grace" philosophy continues to shape the future of the field.
Having lived on four continents, Dr. Nwabuebo possesses a unique cultural fluency that informs every aspect of her work. At J&I Women’s Health Center, she integrates the clinical precision of her U.S. training with an uncompromising commitment to privacy and excellence. By bridging the gap between world-class science and deep cultural empathy, Dr. Nwabuebo is not simply providing a service; she is establishing a new legacy of health for Nigerian women who demand—and deserve—the very best.
