The World-Class Care You Usually Travel For. Now in Abuja.

For over twenty years, my professional journey has taken me across four continents and into the heart of the world’s most advanced clinical spaces. From the innovation hubs of Silicon Valley to the prestigious halls of Stanford and the University of Pennsylvania, I have been privileged to shape the standards of pelvic health for some of the most discerning organizations in the world.
But throughout those years—even while developing programs for global icons like Google and Nike—my heart was always looking toward home.
I am often asked why I returned to establish J&I. The answer is simple: I believe the Nigerian woman represents a unique intersection of strength, grace, and legacy. Yet, for too long, she has had to look beyond our borders—to London, Dubai, or New York—to find the level of healthcare, privacy, and specialized expertise she deserves.
I founded this center to close that gap.
As one of the few Board-Certified Women’s Health Specialists (WCS) globally—a distinction held by less than 1% of my profession—I recognize that elite clinical results require more than just technology. They require a practitioner who understands the cultural and emotional landscape of your life.
At J&I, we provide a "clinical extension" of your lifestyle. Here, we don’t just offer services; we offer a sanctuary. We provide international-standard hormonal support and our signature Healing With Grace™ pelvic wellness protocols. We offer the expert care you expect from global centers, balanced with a profound cultural empathy that honors your story, your privacy, and your lifestyle.
This center is a tribute to the values of faith and excellence instilled in me by my parents, Joshua and Idongesit Udofia. It is my commitment to you that you no longer have to choose between world-class science and the comfort of home.
You have always cared for your family, your businesses, and your community with excellence. It is now our honor to care for you.
With Grace and Excellence,
Dr. Ann Nwabuebo, DPT, WCSFounder, J&I Elite Women’s HealthGlobal Clinical Excellence. Specialized for the African Woman.
A proprietary clinical protocol developed by Dr. Ann Nwabuebo. It fuses advanced pelvic rehabilitation with the specific biomechanical needs of the Nigerian woman, targeting deep abdominal scarring, hypertonic stress patterns, and pelvic density common in women of African descent.
We don't just scan; we listen. We map your history, from all your past health battles and surgeries to boardroom stress, to find the root cause.
No machines. We use advanced manual therapy treatments to physically release the "held" tension in your scars, pelvis, spine and the rest of your body.
Stress locks pain into the body. We guide your nervous system out of "fight or flight" so deep healing can begin.
We retrain your body for your life—whether that's lifting a toddler, sitting through a board meeting, or bowing in prayer without fear.

For the woman who cannot afford downtime.
You lead organizations and manage high-stakes decisions. But in private, you are managing chronic pain and disruptive physical discomfort. The cost of "pushing through" is too high—distraction in board meetings, inability to wear your wardrobe comfortably, and the looming threat of surgery. You cannot let a "disconnected" core threaten your career longevity.
The Struggle: A 50-year-old executive had suffered from chronic low back pain for a year. She had stopped her morning runs and was finding it impossible to sit through long strategy sessions. Her doctor had already suggested spinal surgery as the next step.
The HWG Breakthrough: Our deep dive revealed that she had postural compensation issues and untreated scar tissue. She didn't need surgery; she needed hands-on work to release the deep tension in her core, spine, and pelvis.
The Collaboration: We coordinated her care with her primary physician to ensure she was on the right types of medications to support the release work in therapy.
The Transformation: After 12 visits of the Executive Protocol, she canceled her surgery. She is back to running weekly and leads her team without the distraction of pain.

For dignity, integrity in spiritual life, and full participation in life.
Bladder control issues are not "old age". They are a mechanical failure we can fix. The social cost of this condition is devastating—avoiding travel, fearing "odors" at weddings, and the disruption of religious or cultural practices due to leakage. We restore your confidence to stand, bow, and travel freely.
The Struggle: A mother of two was suffering from leakage whenever she coughed, sneezed, or tried to exercise. She felt a heavy "pressure" by the end of every day and had begun withdrawing from social events out of fear of embarrassment.
The HWG Breakthrough: We identified that she was "bearing down" instead of lifting—a coordination error, not a permanent defect. We used biofeedback to retrain her brain-body connection.
The Collaboration: We worked hand-in-hand with her OBGYN to fit her with a temporary pessary (support device), allowing her to heal while maintaining her daily life.
The Transformation: She is now running 3-5 miles completely dry. The pressure is gone, and she has reclaimed her active social life.
Preparing the "Womb Space" to receive life.
IVF cycles cost millions of Naira and take an immense emotional toll. You invest heavily in the science of conception; we ensure your body is physically capable of accepting that investment. We prepare the soil before you plant the seed, removing the mechanical barriers that often lead to "unexplained" failed cycles.
The Struggle: A young woman with endometriosis and a history of surgery was suffering from debilitating pain. Her abdomen was full of adhesions (internal scars) gluing her bladder to her uterus, creating a difficult environment for conception.
The HWG Breakthrough: Recognizing that her pain was fueled by anxiety, we combined gentle visceral manipulation to free the organs with nervous system regulation.
The Collaboration: We partnered with her fertility team, and other health care providers to coordinate her care, manage her stress triggers while we treated the tissue.
The Transformation: Her pain reduced by 75%. Her body shifted from a state of defense to a state of receptivity, creating the optimal environment for her next chapter.

For core healing, scar recovery, and a return to self.
After childbirth, you have family and support to care for the baby— but who is caring for you? The "Mummy Tummy" and back pain you feel are not vanity issues; they are signs of a core that has not healed. We provide the clinical restoration that traditional care misses.
The Struggle: One year after a traumatic birth, "E.K." was still in significant pain. She couldn't play with her child, she couldn't return to work, and intimacy with her husband had stopped completely. She was terrified of the idea of having another child.
The HWG Breakthrough: We found extensive scar tissue and a pelvic floor that was "guarding" due to trauma. We didn't just treat the muscle; we treated the memory of the birth, using a consent-based, trauma-informed approach.
The Collaboration: We coordinated with her doctor to introduce hormonal therapies that supported our manual work.
The Transformation: Her pain vanished. She returned to work and resumed intimacy with her husband. Most importantly, she went on to have a second, pain-free pregnancy because her body was finally healed.

The end of medical gaslighting.
You have been told your pain is "normal," "in your head," or just a "recurring infection." It is not. It is real, and we know how to treat it. Chronic pelvic pain steals your personality and your productivity. We stop the cycle of painkillers and antibiotics for "infections" you don't have.
The Struggle: Fibroids removed, but pain remained. Her nervous system was highly sensitive.
The HWG Breakthrough: Extensive scar tissue remained. We reset the tissue and calmed the nerves.
The Transformation: After just 16 visits, she reported 90% reduction in pain. She didn't just return to running; she ran her fastest 10k ever.

For a smoother, safer, and more empowered delivery.
Preparing your body for birth is an act of empowerment. We don't just "hope" for a smooth delivery; we biomechanically engineer your pelvis to facilitate it. Whether you are aiming for a natural birth, C-section or a VBAC, we prepare your body for this journey.
The Struggle: A Dermatologist wanted a VBAC but her body felt tight and misaligned.
The HWG Breakthrough: Her pelvis was twisted. We balanced her ligaments and taught her biomechanics.
The Transformation: She felt lighter and more mobile at 39 weeks... achieved a successful, uncomplicated natural birth.
